She graduated from Government Homoeopathic Medical College, Calicut University and completed post graduation at D.K.M.M.H M C, Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Maharashtra. She is a member of the Board of Studies, undergraduate course, Kerala university of Health Sciences. She has been teaching Anatomy since 1994.
